Under the patronage of Swiss luxury watch brand F.P. Journe, the Académie des Horlogers Créateurs Indépendants (AHCI) Young Talent Competition awarded three extraordinary talented apprentices. In conjunction with the mission of AHCI to perpetuate and promote independent watchmaking savoir-faire, the second edition of its Young Talent Competition was opened 47 international watchmaking schools in 14 countries early this year. The goal to identify and recognise the most talented apprentices in the industry was achieved, and three deserving winners were awarded on a ceremony that took place on the 17th of March at Baselworld 2016.
